How it works?
Streamline your recruitment process with an all-in-one platform that attracts, qualifies, and engages the right volunteers for your clinical trials.

Attract More Patients
Curewiki connects you with motivated volunteers through multiple channels: targeted digital campaigns, patient associations, healthcare professional networks, on-site communication,... ensuring maximum trial visibility.
Pre-Screen Efficiently
Our automated pre-screening process efficiently filters candidates based on your specific inclusion and exclusion criteria, ensuring that only the most suitable volunteers move forward. This minimizes manual screening efforts and improves the quality of candidates.

Keep Volunteers Engaged
Once volunteers are pre-screened, our automated follow-ups, reminders, and personalized communication tools help maintain engagement. Curewiki provides insights into why some volunteers drop off, allowing you to adjust your messaging and recruitment approach.
Optimize with Data
Gain real-time visibility into recruitment performance, site efficiency, and volunteer engagement through our data-driven dashboard. Identify the most effective acquisition channels, track key metrics, and adjust your strategy to improve conversion rates and speed up enrollment.
